QA/QC Engineer (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical)

Responsibilities: 

  • Inspect and supervise Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities for Civil and M&E works.
  • Inspect construction works on-site to ensure compliance with Approved Drawings, Specifications, and Quality Standards.
  • Conduct material inspections and material approvals.
  • Prepare and check Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Checklists, and QA/QC documents.
  • Supervise Civil and M&E testing and inspection activities.
  • Follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are properly implemented.
  • Report site progress and quality issues to the respective Engineer/Manager.
  • Inspect and supervise the quality of subcontractors’ work.
  • Check and maintain as-built drawings and quality documentation.

Requirements:

  • B.E. degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in Civil and M&E QA/QC works.
  • Experience working on construction sites.
  • Understanding of QA/QC procedures and inspection and testing requirements.
  • Able to use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to read and understand drawings and technical specifications.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team and take responsibility for assigned duties on-site.
  • Good problem-solving and reporting skills.
