The role is responsible for managing CRM systems, supporting member engagement activities, and ensuring effective use of customer data to enhance customer experience and loyalty. The role involves managing CRM dashboards, and supporting e-commerce-related activities to drive engagement and business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships and CRM-related tools and technologies.
- Work with internal and external parties to create joint promotions and marketing collaborations related to the Rewards Application.
- Manage all Centre vendor access and user access.
- Prepare member data analysis and export reports.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership on CRM performance and customer insights.
- Manage Junction Rewards materials list.
- Handle issues from all Centres regarding Junction Rewards errors.
- Communicate project issues and resolutions.
- Monitor customer journeys and optimize automated workflows (email, SMS, in-app notifications, etc.).
- Handle payment processes for the application.
- Work with Finance and vendors on the refund process.
- Provide necessary services according to business needs.
- Perform any other roles and tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager and Management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of working experience in a related field.
- Proficient in using software and CRM systems.
- Experience in event planning and coordination for members.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external vendors, suppliers, media channels, and clients; adaptable, with strong research, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in e-commerce and CRM dashboard management.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent work ethic and positive attitude.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
