The Marketing Executive supports the development and execution of marketing plans and promotional activities to enhance brand image, attract shoppers, and drive tenant sales across all Junction Centers. This role involves assisting in event planning, advertising coordination, and budget management while ensuring all marketing initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.
Job Description

- Assist in setting marketing goals and strategies based on market trends, performance results, and management direction.
- Prepare and maintain the Annual Marketing Event Calendar and Seasonal Promotion Schedules.
- Support in calculating and monitoring the Annual Marketing Budget, including income and expenses.
- Help determine and update yearly indoor and outdoor advertising rate cards and related marketing costs for all Junction Centres
- Create and prepare the actual cost breakdown for each event, promotion, mall decoration, and seasonal sales campaign, including tenant upselling and cross-selling activities.
- Ensure all projects and departmental goals are achieved while strictly adhering to the approved budget
- Prepare detailed event plans, timelines, checklists, and staff duty rosters for smooth execution.
- Conduct research and analysis on competitors, pricing, and customer trends to support marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for joint marketing activities and brand promotions.
- Guide the marketing team in developing integrated campaigns across various media channels (digital, print, in-mall, OOH).
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, advertising content, and marketing-related projects.
- Monitor campaign performance, gather feedback, and adjust marketing strategies to optimize results.
- Track marketing and sales data, prepare detailed analytical reports, and present insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Requirement

- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in event planning, marketing communication, and coordination with vendors, media, and clients.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Positive attitude, creativity, and strong work ethic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good presentation, reporting, and English communication skills.
