Job Description

- Oversee the engineering and maintenance operations.
- Supervise daily activities of maintenance teams and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Review and plan preventive maintenance schedules and work orders.
- Monitor maintenance budgets, costs, and material usage to ensure financial control.
- Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare reports, performance analysis, and audits.
- Ensure safety standards and operational procedures are properly implemented by all staff.
- Oversee contractor and vendor performance for outsourced maintenance works.
- Take charge of the department in the absence of the Engineering Manager.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by management as and when required.
Requirement

- M.E, B.E, or AGTI in Electrical Engineering.
- Solid knowledge of M&E services, building maintenance, ELV systems, and F&B service equipment (kitchenware).
- Minimum of 3–4 years of supervisory or management experience in the property management industry.
- Capable of handling procurement of electrical equipment and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Skilled in preparing duty rosters and scheduling shifts for engineering team members.
- Willing to conduct on-site inspections as required.
