Responsibilities:

  • Verify vouchers and perform data entry using MS Excel and accounting software such as MYOB or SAP.
  • Perform Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger tasks based on operational requirements.
  • Assist in cash deposits, withdrawals, and cheque preparation.
  • Assist in preparing required tax-related documents.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a B.Com degree or any equivalent bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have passed LCCI Level III (UK) or ACCA Part I.
  • Understand bank statement processes
  • Understand basic tax concepts
  • Must be proficient in using MS Excel.
  • Must have attended MYOB training or have experience using accounting software (SAP). Applicants without experience but with strong interest are also welcome to apply.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and have a willingness to learn.
  • Must be able to work overtime depending on business requirements.
  • Applicants with experience as Junior Accountant, Treasury, or Cashier are also welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with accounting experience in the property or construction sector are preferred.
