Responsibilities:

  • Understand and apply local design codes and regulations.
  • Propose and develop designs for low-rise buildings with a total area of under 10,000 sq. ft. and simple projects.
  • Produce drawings for Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, Submission, Tender, Construction, and Marketing Materials.
  • Assist in preparing and proposing material specifications and area calculations.
  • Assist in and manage site visits, site inspections, coordination, meeting presentations, material selections, and related documentation.

Requirements:

  • B.Arch or B.Tech (Architecture).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field for B.Arch holders.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a related field for B.Tech (Architecture) holders.
  • Knowledge of space planning, local codes and regulations, and design principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant architectural software.
  • Good English communication skills and good drafting skills.
  • Good coordination skills.
