Responsibilities:
- Calculate car rental fees and provide payment details to drivers.
- Check and calculate car overtime charges and provide the overtime payments to drivers.
- Prepare daily ferry lists for required departments.
- Arrange car ferry services for events and employee overtime.
- Prepare and submit daily car summary lists to the supervisor.
- Prepare and submit daily car fuel charge reports to the supervisor.
- Prepare and submit car hiring reports to the supervisor.
- Conduct daily inspections of building maintenance.
- Check vehicle cleanliness and monitor driver performance.
- Inspect company vehicles to determine whether repairs are required and liaise with car workshops for maintenance and support.
- Control costs related to car rental fees and fuel expenses.
- Carry out duties according to management instructions.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Admin Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related administrative fields, especially in transport and vehicle management.
- Able to maintain proper documentation.
- Must have good communication skills at all levels of staff.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email.
- Must have problem-solving skills.
- Able to work overtime depending on deadlines and requirements.
- Able to work in Ahlone Township.
- Able to travel if required.
