Responsibilities:

  • Calculate car rental fees and provide payment details to drivers.
  • Check and calculate car overtime charges and provide the overtime payments to drivers.
  • Prepare daily ferry lists for required departments.
  • Arrange car ferry services for events and employee overtime.
  • Prepare and submit daily car summary lists to the supervisor.
  • Prepare and submit daily car fuel charge reports to the supervisor.
  • Prepare and submit car hiring reports to the supervisor.
  • Conduct daily inspections of building maintenance.
  • Check vehicle cleanliness and monitor driver performance.
  • Inspect company vehicles to determine whether repairs are required and liaise with car workshops for maintenance and support.
  • Control costs related to car rental fees and fuel expenses.
  • Carry out duties according to management instructions.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Admin Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related administrative fields, especially in transport and vehicle management.
  • Able to maintain proper documentation.
  • Must have good communication skills at all levels of staff.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email.
  • Must have problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work overtime depending on deadlines and requirements.
  • Able to work in Ahlone Township.
  • Able to travel if required.
