Responsibilities:
- Ensure all technical designs and drawings are checked in advance to confirm that they are constructable in actual practice.
- Foresee work sequences and update the construction schedule and working schedule concurrently.
- Coordinate and prepare project documentation, such as engineering drawings.
- Requisition subcontractors, materials, and machinery/equipment.
- Monitor daily project progress, unusual concerns, and plans.
- Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings whenever necessary.
- Prepare weekly reports, monthly reports, and urgent reports for the respective Project Manager.
- Prepare project records with details such as work progress, site conditions, equipment usage, and corrective actions.
- Manage document control, including submittal schedules, contract documents, project record drawings, etc.
- Supervise contracted staff and subcontractors to ensure project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and/or timescales.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other professionals, especially Quantity Surveyors and the overall Project Manager.
- Follow safety rules and regulations in the workplace.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- B.E. (Civil).
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in building construction in a related position.
- Knowledge of design-related software.
- Able to work on interior decoration, structural, or A&A works.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with engineering software and tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to work in Ahlone Township, Yangon, or permanently in Nay Pyi Taw.
