The role is responsible for leading and managing the full lifecycle of STG’s Loyalty Programs, with a primary focus on shareholder engagement and program execution. This position oversees strategic planning, program operations, communication management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure all loyalty initiatives are effectively delivered and aligned with Group objectives.
Job Description:
- Program Strategy & Execution: Lead the strategy, planning, implementation, and overall performance of all STG-related Loyalty Programs, ensuring alignment with Group priorities.
- Shareholder Communication: Act as the main coordinator for the Shareholders Loyalty Program, managing direct communication on benefits and working closely with internal divisions to provide up-to-date information on available services and facilities.
- Program Calendar Management: Develop and oversee the annual Loyalty Program calendar for shareholders, covering key events, communication timelines, and benefit distribution schedules.
- Team & Management Reporting: Maintain strong coordination with the Shareholder Relationship Team. Organize, facilitate, and record minutes for monthly team meetings. Monitor follow-up actions and prepare clear, comprehensive performance and status reports for Senior Management.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise daily administrative and operational activities required for the smooth delivery of all loyalty programs, including system coordination and data tracking.
- Event Management: Plan and execute events related to the Loyalty Programs.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in PR, Communications, or a related field, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Solid understanding of public relations practices and media communication.
- Good knowledge of marketing concepts and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams.
