Job Description

    • Oversee the engineering and maintenance operations.
    • Supervise daily activities of maintenance teams and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
    • Review and plan preventive maintenance schedules and work orders.
    • Monitor maintenance budgets, costs, and material usage to ensure financial control.
    • Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Prepare reports, performance analysis, and audits.
    • Ensure safety standards and operational procedures are properly implemented by all staff.
    • Oversee contractor and vendor performance for outsourced maintenance works.
    • Take charge of the department in the absence of the Engineering Manager.
    • Any other responsibilities as assigned by management as and when required.

Requirement

    • M.E, B.E, or AGTI in Electrical Engineering.
    • Solid knowledge of M&E services, building maintenance, ELV systems, and F&B service equipment (kitchenware).
    • Minimum of 3–4 years of supervisory or management experience in the property management industry.
    • Capable of handling procurement of electrical equipment and coordinating with relevant departments.
    • Skilled in preparing duty rosters and scheduling shifts for engineering team members.
    • Willing to conduct on-site inspections as required.
