Job Description

• • Carry out routine maintenance, repair, and inspection of facility systems and equipment.
  • Support preventive maintenance programs to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or irregularities to the supervisor immediately.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and testing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Follow safety standards, work procedures, and maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain proper records of daily maintenance activities and tool usage.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure quality and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and maintenance rooms.
  • Support emergency repairs and after-hour maintenance tasks when required.

 Requirement

• • B.E or AGTI in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
  • Reliable, responsible, and eager to learn new skills.
  • Strong interest in M&E services, building maintenance, and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems.
