The Systems Engineer is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and optimizing the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations.
Job Description

- Oversee and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain Microsoft operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Monitor and analyze application performance to identify potential bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and collaborate with developers to implement improvements.
- Manage and support various server platforms, including Windows Server, Linux Server, SharePoint Server, and SQL Server; and handle virtualization technologies such as Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware.
- Provide advanced (Level 2 and Level 3) technical support for servers – specialized SQL, MySQL, and SUSE Linux.
- Handle bug reports, conduct testing, and ensure accuracy based on test documentation.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
- Maintain, organize, and control all IT-related documentation and records.
Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong passion for system development and proven problem-solving skills.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in system development within the IT field.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS and Linux OS, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues independently.
- Prior project experience with SQL or MySQL databases is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
- Good communication skills with the ability to understand and use English effectively.
