Job Description

  • Participate in all sales activities and product development for the project assigned.
  • Work closely with design team on ensuring perspective, master plan, unit’s size, and layout plan are accurate before sharing with marketing and sales admin team.
  • Prepare weekly updates on project status including enquires, design, sales, and receivable status
  • Coordinate with marketing team on carrying marketing activities for responsible projects.
  • Participate in all road shows and marketing activities
  • Conduct sites inspection on an assigned project on a weekly basis
  • Conduct a market survey and monitoring for projects within 5 km of assigned projects.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the sales manager, head of sales and GM real estate business

Requirements

  • Any degree holder or preferable with business degree.
  • Preferable those with experiences as a real estate Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Have in-depth and detail knowledge of the project including all provisions, design, unit size, layout, problems, target customer and so on
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, page maker, power point and internet & e-mail).
  • Knowledge of company’s business model and main competitors.
  • Must be able to work under as a member of a team.
