Responsible to perform all the operational processes of the administrative functions under the direction of the Administration and Procurement Manager/ Team Leader. The candidate has to deal with relevant external service providers, suppliers and government organization and assist in daily office needs and meeting the business needs of the organization.

Job Description

  • Maintain and fixing the office material and vehicle.
  • Travel Arrangements, such as hotel & hostel booking and car tickets.
  • Provide general support to all department, all center and site; such as meter bill, name card, date seal, debit & credit voucher, official receipt, letter head, work permit and so on.
  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place; such as staff appreciation events, pray ceremony.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operation and administration of the team.
  • General support internal and external to arrange meeting and training
  • To carry out according to the management’s instruction.
