Job Description

  • Report to Customer Service Associate
  • Receive, record and confirm the customer order
  • Prepare OTC and send it to QA/QC Department.
  • Responsible to negotiate the requirements with customer and respective departments
  • Communicate with respective person for daily operation.
  • Establish, maintain and build relations with customers.
  • Co-ordinate with Sales, QA/QC, Operation and others related department to get the customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare the required documents & reports for the immediate superior
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the relevant working areas
  • Keep all files, documents & records in good order
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Specifications

  • Any degree holder
  • Experience in Sales & Marketing (more preferable)
  • Good personality, honest, patient and energetic person
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to travel
  • Ability to work independently to deadliness and under pressure.
  • Good observation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
