  • Responsible for the daily operations of the lobby service
  • Adhere to the dispensing and display duties and SOPs
  • Comply with BreadTalk Service Culture and Standards
  • Maintain knowledge of all products and promotions
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby at all times
  • Assist in maintaining in-store product and visual display
  • Assist in inventory receiving and storage
  • Handle customer feedback
  • Assist the cashier, if necessary
  • Other duties, as assigned
