STG is one of the country's largest employers with a workforce of more than 6,000 people. What We Do

A case in point is STG's collaborative venture with the Ministry of Electric Power to complete the Yeywa Hydropower project, which has alleviated power shortages in many parts of Myanmar. It seeks for better ways to bring recreation and enjoyment to everyone through cinema, shopping centers and Radio Station which continue to reach out to people from all walks of life.

Maximizing the skills of its manpower, the company has constructed immense projects including Central Bank of Myanmar and the longest river bridge also known as Pakoku.

In line with the country's aim to uplift the livelihood of the people and contribute to the nation's growing economy, STG's operations have always been strongly compassionate in the area of cultivating human resources and social responsibilities. To further enhance the road transportation and tourism industry, the Hledan Junction Road Flyover has been completed in 2013, significantly smothering the traffic in Yangon and better connecting the different parts of the cities. The company has also recently completed the Ruby Hall in Nay Pyi Taw, a 60,000sqm venue welcoming the Asian Summit 2014 hosted in Myanmar for the first time.

In 2012, the Corporation successfully secured a 200,000sqm mixed development projects, Junction City, located in prime central location. The development is currently under construction.
